"Very unfriendly on the phone. Have had doctor Morris for many years. During covid the office was closed and my appt fell in that time frame. I waited until after covid stuff got situated before calling to reschedule my appt only to find out I was taken off their patient list and was no longer a patient. Was told I had to be considered a new patient . But surprise surprise they aren't taking new patients. Seriously??? The lady on the phone was very rude and cold in her responses to me. I will miss you Dr Morris ."
