"Unfortunately got into a car accident begining of August and was told all I had to do was fill out proper paper work and would get a check for time I missed off work. Filled out paperwork and talked to a representative on the phone and never did I ever get a check. Called on September to check up on the process and was told I would receive one and never did. They also were EXTREMELY unhelpful the whole process they did not lift one finger to do anything. I made all the phone calls had to drive there myself to give them documents they shouldve called the tow company ect to have mailed. They take your money and do nothing to help when you need them!"
