"I went in for a consultation before booking an appointment since it was my first time ever getting a tattoo. I met with Genna, and she was so chill, relaxed, and kind. I felt extremely comfortable with her and she answered all of my questions and walked me through the entire process. I came in again a few days later to get my first tattoo and I was a bit nervous about the pain, but super excited for my first tattoo. Genna was absolutely incredible with making me feel comfortable and talking to me the entire time while I was getting the tattoo. I hurt way less than I expected it to, and it was super fast too (maybe about 30 minutes? And I was able to have a full conversation with her the entire time.) I have never felt like such a badass in my entire life. Thank you for memorializing my sweet doggy Pepper on my body. I will definitely come back to see Genna for more tattoos in the future, because now I am 1000% hooked."
