"I’ve had the best experiences with Noel, and my favorite haircut & color so far. I decided to try a mullet hairstyle a few months ago, and she absolutely nailed it. I’ve never been happier with my hair, and I am psyched to have been able to work with her. Everyone at Fringe is super welcoming, and the atmosphere is very open. From the high ceilings, huge windows, beautiful decor- You can’t beat the view, or the free parking- especially in Salem. Booking was nice and simple, and always flexible scheduling.
