"I have had weak back and core muscles which caused a lot of discomfort and restricted activity. Meghan is the perfect professional whose detailed knowledge and communications skills showed me how to strengthen those muscles. I am without pain and can do what I used to! We workout with good humor. An enjoyable experience. October 20, 2022 UPDATE: I had a total shoulder replacement three weeks ago. It was the second time I have been through that surgery this time for the other shoulder. As a quasi "expert" in shoulder replacement recovery I can report far better personal attention from the woman whose name is on the door! Meghan is an expert in the physiology and meticulously follows the protocols which the surgeon proscribed.....at the same time she spends plenty of time explaining each step of the recovery process and answers any and all dumb questions I ask. She is interested in me, not just as a client but as a human being. She is encouraging and strict about my not rushing the process. I made the right choice again!"
