"Usually the phlebotomists are very very good. Last blood draw I had in Feb was the worst bruise of my life lasting over a week. Very severe, if I could post pics, I would. The system to review results is also flawed, but the set appt system works very very well. I am going back but if I get the same phlebotomist, I will request a different person for sure."

"This is not the lab to go to if you need Covid or other lab results in a week. Nor is it the lab to go to if you don't enjoy hunting down your results. It took a 42 days to get my lab work results from a blood draw on July 30,2020 which I finally received by email on Sept. 10,2020. I emailed Quest 10 times (no one answers the phone) w/ no results which = rating this visit lowest. I finally got my results after run around responses such as; this is a 'billing' or 'technical problem.' My final response from Quest was for me to fill out a form so they could 'find' my lab results. The form said I would hear from them by 30 days. After finally deciding to drive one hour to get my overdue blood work done during the pandemic, this was not the experience I wanted. The professional lab technician was amazing, a 5, as I was signaled to come in 15 min early, just after I signed in electronically in the entry way. (gloves & sanitizer were available). The building, which I would rate a 5, had automatic openers, SPOTLESS & CLEAN entrance area, bathroom & lab. I was the only patient in the lab. All staff in the building were wearing masks. My tech was gentle & courteous. An excellent experience BUT not getting the test results for 42 days made this a frustrating experience. Know it will take a lot of effort, emails & time to get your lab results."

"My experience with Quest occurred during the pandemic, so take that as you will. That being said, I had a really good experience. I made an appointment ahead of time and was able to check in once I arrived, which took only a moment or two. The woman who did my blood draw was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The blood draw was quick and well done. She explained everything to me clearly, including payment. Definitely a good experience, the only downside being that I had to drive from Oxford to Topsham, but I knew how long the drive would be when I made the appointment."
