"I have had mediocre experiences at best with other Physical Therapy practices but I decided to give Saco Bay a try based on the reviews. I am not easily impressed but this group is amazing! It is what I thought physical therapy was supposed to be! They develop a plan based on science. They change the plan as needed, in real time! And they are completely committed to getting me to my goals, short and long term. I look forward to going there each time. Updating my review/removing a star to add that the billing is not up to par. I received a check due to overpayment and then was told that I still would have to pay a copay, etc. Because I haven't met my out of pocket max. I met my out of pocket max in June and they have been billing 100% to my insurance since then."
