"I have had good experiences with the hygienists. I was upset with my last visit because a flaw in their booking system had double booked me. I was supposed to have gotten a call but I never received one, unfortunately their text system is not integrated so all I received was an appointment confirmation. I have also has billing complications in the past. After leaving a negative review the practice manager was kind enough to reach out and at least acknowledge my concerns and hopefully take the feedback and use it to make some changes."

"Had my teeth out on Nov 2022. Paid them in FULL according to their financial rep prior to extraction.Months later they sent a (#1) bill for, I called they said it was a mistake and not to worry. A few months later received (#2) second bill once again I called they said they had billed it incorrectly and not to worry. One month later they sent an entirely different bill n amount much higher than the other one. I called they said it wasn't billed correctly and not to worry. I went to my appointment after speaking to them the same day as appointment and when I arrived they were refusing to see me because I had an "outstanding" balance. This was not said in private it was stated in the lobby while others could hear!!! I complained so they did agree to see me but told me they wouldn't see me untill I pd balance in full. It took a few months for me to come up with the amount they were seeking but I paid the entire amount (1st amount plus 2nd amount) My temp teeth were not centered from day one and after waiting over 1 year my permanent dentures are also not centered either so I still do NOT have my dentures!!!! I've complained about pain in my gums off center teeth and the fact that the bottom teeth are useless @ every visit, expressed my dissatisfaction and they truly just ignore me...All my funds are tied up with Aspen Dental and i'm not able to go any place else for dentures. I think it's more than time to contact an attorney for professional advice... D Young"

"The Auburn Maine office was very professional and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful and appreciated the sense of urgency since I had time constraints I was dealing with. I definitely recommend them."

"Not impressed. Had a couple fillings done and the dentists drill leaked all over me, actually had my shirt collar flat out wet by the time the dentist was done. Worse, I was warned that my fillings would hurt for weeks and be sensitive to hot and cold. I’ve had tremendous headaches after drinking hot things and and a full ache in my jaw ever since. Will need to address it and will, but scared to go back to have them fix a problem it seems to me they caused. I’ve never had fillings that hurt for weeks prior to this. On a positive note, their front office is great."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND. They cancelled our first scheduled appointment. Rescheduled and drove an hour to get there. Once there they said they couldn’t see my son and someone was supposed to call me. They cited that their site had been down and also short staffed so my son who’s taller than me wouldn’t be able to use the pediatric chair. I asked for a written note explaining this and the manager said no. She said someone would call me and I could ask them for a note. No one ever called. And today received an email that I missed said appointment. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized company."
