"Literally the worst doctors office I have ever been to. No one knows what they’re doing, there’s absolutely no communication between the staff, and they hold your medication to make sure you show up for your appointment. I have a voicemail saying my appointment 9/15/2023, yet the office says it’s 9/14/2023. This place if absolutely the worst doctors office!"

"My doctor here is good. The rest is garbage. A nurse asked me private medical questions with the exam room door open. I can never get through to them on the phone - they have some bizarre answering service that's outside their office. If you leave a message, maybe you'll hear back and maybe you won't. And now I'm being billed a DOUBLE COPAY for every visit, one for seeing a doctor and the other for the privilege of using their facilities -- the insurance company says this is allowed but it feels like a total scam... see the doctor once and get charged double."

"After my experience I had to read the reviews and I was shocked that I am not alone. Don't ever ever call them on the weekends. even if they tell you too. After coming home from the emergency room.. THEY called me to make an appointment and told me if I have any medical problems related to my issue during the weekend I could call to talk to someone . Instead I got a very rude lady.. who canceled my appointment.. instead of an apology.. they passed the buck and made excuses and blamed others.. and was told I would hear back from an office manager.. I'm definitely not going to waste my time with this office anymore.."

"If you have ANY choice whatsoever, do yourself a favor and avoid this office. I had an appointment one month ago to address severe back pain. They ordered x-rays but instead of calling me, I had to call them to get the results. After reviewing the x-rays, they called in a prescription. Since that time, the pain has continued to get worse. I have called them five times and and sent three messages on the patient portal, yet they will not call me back. My prescription (a muscle relaxant that isn't really addressing the pain) runs out tomorrow. I can't even get a return call. I am stuck dealing with them until I can get to the root of this issue because it would take weeks to switch to another PCP. That said, as soon as I am able to switch providers I will be doing so. Regrettably, Google does not allow for a zero star rating."
