I did that got answering service was told they would send message to have someone call back in 20 minutes if not try again. Did that 7 times and nobody got back to me. Pharmacy closing at 8 pm so I gave up."

"The actual doctors at this office are amazing! They are always friendly, open, and try to help as much as possible. That being said the staff that work the office end of the business are never helpful, usually rude or don’t care, and make many mistakes... that’s even if you can get ahold of them because you’re usually on hold for at least 15 minutes and then they can’t even help you with what you’re calling for. Not to mention I had an appointment set way ahead of time, the doctor changed their work days and hours so my appointment was canceled but I was not informed.. I drove 1.5 hours to get to the appointment only to be told I never had an appointment by one staff member and that my appointment was canceled and I should have been notified by another staff memeber... Lying and not communicating cancellations are not okay or professional by any means. The nurses seem very over worked and have made some seriously cleanliness mistakes that actually gave me an infection because of this. I went back to the office to get help for it and was told I was ridiculous for believing it was from the office after giving detail to seeing a nurse put gloves on, leave the room for 5 minutes and then return to my room with the same gloves and didn’t change them or anything and then touch equipment that was later used on me. To make matters worse I was charged way too much for a problem that they caused because it was a second visit not included in my plan."
