"Neona did my Sacred Heart of Jesus tattoo and I couldn’t be happier. The experience and detail is top notch, and I will be returning for all my other tattoos. My only downside is, she advised me she has never eaten Chik-Fil-A in her whole kit life while she did my tattoo. This could be a severe undiagnosed mental illness to some people? More research to come when my future tattoos are scheduled."
