"I've been a patient for over 20 yrs. Last official appointment was over 3 yrs ago, (2019). Covid hit 2020 and it was hard to see any medical professional during this time. I tried to be seen during the pandemic, but was referred by this office to go to urgent care instead. Tried to make an appointment for a physical now and was denied an appointment and was told I'm no longer a patient any longer. They are not taking new patients and can no longer help me. I wouldn't recommend to anyone even if they were taking new patients."
"They had me come in to fill out paperwork for becoming a new patient and then wouldn't schedule an appointment. After months of waiting for them to call, I called them and was told they wouldn't see me. They wasted months of my time. Had to find another doctor's office in the end."
"The front desk is super friendly. My Primary Doctor Myriam Jolicoeur is awesome! Her clarity is always on point. Also, very happy that there's never a waiting room issue. I'm always in and out. Cheers!"
"Was looking to establish a new primary care doctor my son and I, living in Naples I just figured Naples family practice would be the most convenient. I called their office was sent to central booking, waited 7 days, finally received a call back from central booking stating that NFP books their own appts. I called back spoke with Amy who took all my information and told me I would receive a call from the office. I waited another 7 days and finally called back spoke again with Amy who apologized that I hadn't heard from the office that she was renewing me message with a high priority. She told me if I didn't hear back by 4:15 to call back and she would transfer me directly to the front desk. I did not hear back and called back at 4:15 and was told they were going to transfer me to central booking. I explained my whole story again and was finally transfered to the actual office. I spoke with ASHLEY who informed me that the are booking out till late August so if my son wants to be seen this is probably not the right place. I explained to her if that was the case they should probably return phone calls to people though can seek care elsewhere and not wait an additional 3 weeks for someone to say basically we can't see you. While I was speaking (in a calm voice) she told me she had 50 other people to call and hung up on me. This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. I have worked in the medical field for a long time and I know if I treated any patients this way, I would be looking for another job!! I'm not usually a bad reviewer but I don't want others to waste 3 weeks like I did wanting for nothing."
"I really like Courtney Muldoon NP, but this office is not easy to deal with. I work office hours as well, so only can call during my lunch. I attempted to get info on a pre authorization, which took 3 phone calls totaling 3 days to complete, and the decision was that I needed to come in for an appointment...which is totally fine just took forever to get to that conclusion. Then I called today to make that appointment. I was on the phone for 21 minutes, I looked at the call timer on my phone, just to make an appointment to discuss a dosage increase. The girl on the phone seemed to have no idea why I was calling or how to even set up an appointment. After I told her I needed to get back to my job she finally got me set up. I have NO idea why it needed to take over 20 minutes, she didn't even update my insurance info which she asked for at the start. If I didn't have to go 30-45 minutes out of town for a doctor, I would find somewhere else."
