"They don’t care about your personal preference or worries that you have and they don’t care about your health and well being. Being pregnant you’d think they would be extra careful and be more consistent and considerate but if anything this has been the worst medical practice I’ve ever been to. Some staff have been extremely rude to me, a nurse tried telling me her opinion and that I should get a medication even though I didn’t feel comfortable with it for mine and my unborn child’s well-being. Every time I call they either send it to voicemail or answer saying “I was just about to call you back” I’ve been waiting over TWO weeks for a call back about test results. I’ve seen Deb Martin and she also tried pushing medication on me even when I told her I wasn’t comfortable with it. I thought seeing the actual only doctor there would be better but if anything nothing has changed. He said “we can’t do anything until you get sick and then we’ll do something”. The office and staff clearly don’t care I WOULD NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!! Do not go here!"

"I wanted to give this five stars because Dr. K and Emmaline S. are amazing and professional. Amanda is great BUT the schedulers are rude at times."

"The nurses are polite. The Dr refuses to talk to My Mom about all of her medical issues, there is no resolution in regards her illness. Multiple tests done. Instead of explaining what is going on its oh well we try this new med when that med after a few days doesn't show any improvement, we are told well keep taking it. The Dr does not care. That's poor medical practice. She has been sick for 3 mths and has lost over 80lbs but nothing is wrong according to this office."

"The people here treated me really well. Not only were they more than polite but they put my needs aand my comfort first and that felt good. They made sure to make my procedure as pain free and comfortable as possible. I really appreciated how they listened to my experience before and took that in consideration when preparing me for my procedure. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else who may be looking for gastroenterology services."
