"I dont understand why they schedule way too many people for one single doctor. My daughter appointment was at 10:45 and still haven't been seen and now it's 11:30 this is unacceptable. They need to have a better system into not scheduling too many people in one day. I shouldn't have to wait this long just for your basic eye exam and it took longer than it should. I don't have hours to waste in this place. Let your patients know that it's going to be more than a forty five minute appointment so they won't be late for other things that they had planned for the day."
