Meanwhile, no messages ever come back through the portal. You always get a phone call. So why not just allow patients to start there? Stop. Being. Lazy. You're all over paid as it is. It isn't health care, it's government conspiracy and 90% I'd you should be ashamed of your job anyhow."

"Jean is by far the best doctor I've ever had she listens when you tell her something's wrong she actually tries to help you... If you're honest with her she'll help you even more.. most doctors think your drug seeking and brush you off if you have a problem but this woman is a phenomenal doctor."

"The doctors, well nurse practitioners actually, are caring and professional. The problem is that you can't get to see them without an appointment. The receptionists are, on the main, both incompetent and rude which makes getting seen a problem."
