"Doctors and nurse practitioners don't listen to the requests and concerns of the patient and try to rush you out. As a patient it seems I always end up spending more time waiting then in the actual exam room with the Doctor. Researching information online has been more helpful than speaking with any medical 'professionals' at Central Maine Healthcare."
"Waited all weekend so I could call, only to be told they're not seeing new patients until February 2025. That seems like something you should be putting up front on an answering machine or online. How can you call yourself a real doctor's office if it takes over a year to see someone??"
"The pcp's do not listen to you about any physical health concerns if you have any mental health diagnoses. I had multiple misdiagnoses based on mental health because of them. Got a new doc in another town and found out I had severe anemia amongst a few other things. Absolute trash doctors. Find a new doctors office!"
"Dr. Kroger is missed beyond believe. Dr. Wainblat is very ignorant and needs to better his communication skills. People should be talked to not at. Overall today was a terrible experience and I will not be taking my kids there again."
"Just overall terrible. In the process of switching to a different center. They don’t listen to you They prescribe medication that isn’t even for your issues or prescribe medication that is not for infants your child’s age (they told me to give my 3 month old daughter milk of magnesia to help with her constipation and called me 4 days later saying not to give her anymore, that it was harmful for her age) They forget everything you have asked or talked about at your last appointment If you want a place that is nice, professional, and attends to your needs, and shows that they really care, this is not the place."
