"::BUYER BEWARE - COMPLETE SCAM:: I have had to report these charges as fraud to my financial institution as no product was provided on the performance date, we received one phone call less then 24 hours before our show cancelling our show. As we were out of state we could not cancel our hotel or any other plans for reimbursement due to the lack of notice. However, I had made attempts at communication with the show in order to confirm reservations due to news reports and a growing number of fraud accusations. They would not provide a refund for tickets we purchased back in July. They did not provide a performance and they have yet to properly communicate with us at all. Worse part is they are still selling tickets online for a FAKE show that doesn’t happen. Please don’t fall victim to this con. I have attached my Facebook messages that were never even opened despite that the only way to communicate with them is via facebook And they had asked ticket holders to message less than 6 days prior to my 11/15 message"

"This place is a SCAM. Go read the comments on their Facebook page. I booked a group of 6 from Connecticut for the Friday of Halloween Weekend - 1 month in advance. The DAY BEFORE they called and cancelled on me. Refused to refund my money and said they would "reschedule" me. #1 - that doesn't work for my Connecticut friends. #2 - They never reached out to me, never responded to any of my Facebook messages or phone calls. Thankfully, my Credit Card company reversed the charges. TOTAL SCAM."

"So our group of twelve was going to the show on Oct 29th at 5:30pm. A man called on the 27th and canceled our show. We asked him for a refund and he said he works from home and couldn't do anything about it. Not sure what is going on but not good business."

"They get alcohol permit 10/8 if that's your thing, but their mocktails were good too. I didn't know what was happening with regard to an overall plot, but the performers were talented and entertaining (Save Jack. Sorry man). Was also good to watch my wife creeped out by the roaming clown too. Food was definitely not awful as others seem to make it out to be. Our waitress was fantastic and the food perfectly fine. I had the burger and wife the salmon. They give you cotton candy at end. Also, the sword swallower... Both cringe worthy and amazing."

Doesn’t even get the permits they need for opening weekend, owner promises a refund to my family because we cannot go any other time due to travel schedules than he never follows through on giving the refund. Don’t waste your money this guy is a fraud and is stealing people’s money. Check face book people traveled from all over for opening weekend and never got in because they never got calls. If I could give less than 1 star I would."
