"We always stop here on our annual visit to the Dennis area. Love the self service. This time wasn't quite as 5 star event as the guy working was dealing with a customer complaining about the propane service. That was fine but when he came to us and apologized, he rambled on and on about the customer who complained and what the problem had been. We didn't need to hear all that, but I didn't want to be rude and just leave. Maybe stick to talking about the weather or what to see on the Cape."
