"Mike & Matt were exceptional, professional, kind & understanding of my needs for this transport. This company is the only one who provides services from your home to your doctor. I can't walk due to my accident and I live on a 3rd floor apt. They were able to use their power stair chair to get me up and down the stairs. Got me to my appointment safely. I can't say enough good things about this company. Their employees were true professionals, and the transport van was very clean & comfortable. Don't call around trying to find a company this is the one you would want!! Thank you to Prime Medical Transport!
