Dunkin'

"If I could give this Dunkin’s negative zero stars I would. Everything about this place sucks! The people the service the food and drinks. Every time I order a hot chai latte they mess it up and it tastes watered down and gross. One time it was even green!! Like what? The quality of food and drinks needs tremendous improvement. They obviously just hire anyone and don’t provide proper training. I live right around the corner from the place but I’ll drive the extra mile to the next Dunkin’s because this one is a joke! Avoid at all costs."

"The staff always moves quick and the drive thru is always fast. Loaded hash browns are good but I'd like if the bacon bits weren't cooked with a blowtorch or cremation oven."

"Went up to the counter to order. Four employees including a manager stood around ignoring us for several minutes before someone came to take our order. No “hello” or “how are you” just stared like we were an inconvenience while ordering. At least the food was hot."

"Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the city I go there every weekend to get my food. Many of times have they gave me the wrong order and I just called it a loss because this Dunkins was convenient for me to go to one time I confronted the manager that has a tattoo on his hand and he told me oh well people don’t order that sandwich much so that means it’s ok to mess up a order Because you have little to no experience making this item …… This time at the window I tried to hand my card she drops it and then tells me that I threw it at her while they were laughing inside at me, do not go to this Dunkins. It is the worst place.!!!!!Worst experience!!, poor customer service, horrible food. !!!!!!!!"

"Got a hot coffee left only to realize no cream.. fine. I went back on my way home for the employee to give me a cup of cream. I would have appreciated a new hot coffee like I originally ordered instead I was awkwardly stared at by the employee and the manager. No Acknowledgment of their mistake. Not even an apology. 11/12/23 3pm"
