"A million thanks from a Texan that needed snow tires for the New England winter! I called a few local shops but chose Mavis because Andrew from the call center was super helpful, answered the million questions I posed during initial call and provided competitive pricing. I took my Challenger in the next day for her new set of tires. Decided to add on new brake pads and rotors and they were able to accommodate. "I’ve gone here a couple of times now each time with a different request or need for my car and each time I’ve been serviced quickly and given very fair prices. Honestly, I never give Google reviews but I have to say this is probably the best interaction I’ve had with a car shop or mechanic of any kind. Most recently I had an incident where I was breaking down on the highway and this was the closest place that I could stop at, and they were able to see me that same night, about 30 minutes before they close, and get my car fixed by the next morning before I had work. If I had to sum up my experiences here in a few words, they would be these: reliable, quick, consistent, fair pricing, honest, and friendly. Thank you to everyone at Mavis—you guys are great!!"

"First of all, my husband had a good experience getting new wheels and tires installed here. So I went in after work to get a nail in my tire removed and patched up. The staff were friendly and genuinely easy to talk to! The service was very reasonably priced (within the cheaper range of what you'd expect to pay anywhere else). I also appreciate the time they took to top off the air in my tires before letting me go. ...BTW I didn't even have an appointment but I was met with them pretty much immediately - no hesitation on their end."
