"Hate to do these kind of comments but this place is very bad, especially the owner customer service skills, I have done 2 quince party's packets with this person unfortunetly and still owes me pictures and items until this day, and when I bother to ask for items I have payed for!! she mentions she is being rushed when there is contract that she will give it in a certain amount of time. Time average of first quince is 2 years and 1 year for second quince and still pending on the pictures and items and wasn't small amount of money that was spent, if you are looking for "party packets " and actually recieve your deals and what your paying for make sure you don't go to this place."

"Really bad experience! We rented from this place, they brought the items very dirty. We told the owner and her answer was… “Take it like that or we can take back” She is very unprofessional I will never do business with them again and will never recommend this place. I think the owner needs to be courteous with the customers and be professional at least clean everything before it is being delivered to a location."
