"I've been to a Dozen+ or so Burlingtons since the 1990s. From here in the Boston Area all the way to Delaware, And only just Recently had my best experience yet in The Chelsea location of all places. It's not the biggest of stores but you can easily scan through all the inventory making sure not to miss any great buyssbdbnot be there all day. The assistance I received from one of the Supervisors / managers Skyler left a lasting impression. Her friendliness towards a complete stranger was profound, she is extremely knowledgeable and most of all a true professional & leader. It's not often I post reviews maybe 2 a year and this is probably the first ever for a good reason! This Store along with Skyler & Staff are a Major asset for Chelsea to continue in the right direction. Highly recommended!"

"I attempted to check out this new Burlington Location in Chelsea Massachusetts. After picking out a bunch of clothes to try on, I was told there is not enough people working and the fitting rooms are closed. What's the point of a clothing store if you can't try on clothes? Who really wants to buy them, bring them home, try them on and then have to return them if they dont fit? That's just absurd! Maybe you should not have opened it if you didn't have enough employees run it. Not to mention the 2 girls that are supposed to be working are at the register just chit chatting & laughing. One of them could have easily opened the fitting room. Horrible experience, don't waste your time!"

"Saturday, October 21 Came in with my sister at 9:34PM and one of the staff immediately told us that they were closed. My sister and I were confused because their hours of operation sign outside literally said they close at 11PM on Saturday (online as well) and she said they close at 10PM. We just walked in since we had approximately 20-25 minutes left to their alleged closing hour. Then the intercom said they are closing at 10PM so I assumed they never had a chance to modify their hours or they were mistaken with Saturday’s hours of operation to Sunday’s."
