"Horrible customer service. I don’t mind waiting and understand I will have to wait when it’s busy. I even understand when you lose my drink ticket or make my drink wrong. BUT when I ask you about it, you realize it’s been sitting there made for 15 MINUTES (not an exaggeration) and a bunch of ice has already melted in it and you just hand it to me without as much as an apology, never mind an offer to remake it, now I’m mad. Never going back. Do better."
