"Zero stars! I wish I had read these reviews before I bought my round trip Groupon. Making a reservation was very easy but I was annoyed with all the extra charges. When we landed at Logan and were ready to be picked up, I called and was told that since our flight was delayed we would have to wait an hour! Yet I had an email confirmation, they had my flight information as well as my contact information. We used Uber to get home (which was great)and when I asked Shane to have my money refunded I was told I would have to go through Groupon. Groupon has not refunded me my money! So I would never use Boston North Limo and I am not going to buy a Groupon as they don't stand behind their offers. Most expensive ride to the airport! Not worth it!!"

"Too bad you can't rate a place below a 1 star. They left me stranded at the airport and I had to take a taxi which cost me $ 95. They promised to reimburse me for my groupon and the taxi and never did. They did reimburse me for the toll and fare that they charged me. But the most upsetting was the argumentative why they dealt with me. My flight was two hours late and when I called when I got in they treated me like it was my fault and finally said they would send another car. I waiting for 30 minutes and nothing so I called back and they said it was too busy and I should just take a taxi but they would refund me the taxi. Not even close. I filed complaints through the BBB and the State Attorney's office but nothing. Stay away from them they are poison."

"If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service and extremely unreliable. Had an airport pickup scheduled for 4AM and the driver never showed up. No call, no text, nothing. I had to chase down the company operator at 4AM to try and track down the driver, which he could not. After 20 minutes I was cutting it close to missing my flight so we ended up having to drive ourselves. I asked for a full refund, which never happened and again I had to call and follow up 5 days later to request a refund for services they never provided. First of all, how about not charging a million fees on top of the service that is already paid for. And second, try and do the ethical thing and only change people after your services have been actually completed successfully. This company is full of crooked idiots and if you are using them to shuttle you to a flight that had a scheduled departure time for that same day, make sure you build in 8-9 hours in case they can't track down a driver or don't answer your phone calls."
