Route 28 gas and service 144 Main Street, North Reading, MA 01864

"Had a very scary experience at this gas station last night as a young female! It started out with the attendant being rude by ignoring me when I pulled up. Then when I got out of my car to close the flap where my gas cap is, he approached claiming I never opened the flap in the first place. I informed him I was going elsewhere and that I was all set. He began raising his voice stating that I “didn’t need to be that way” and to “just stay, I’ll take care of you”. I said no thanks, and began to get into my car. As I got in, he became verbally aggressive AND opened my car door! Yes, you read right, this man physically opened my car door. I have never experienced such hostile and physically aggressive behavior. I tried to sternly tell him to back up, close the door and never touch someone’s car but boy was I scared. I drove off as this man called me names and threatened to deface my vehicle. I get having a bad day but invading someone’s personal space or being physically aggressive to get a point across is never appropriate especially when you are bigger and stronger than the person you are interacting with. Best to stay away!"

"Today I purchased gas from this business in my pick up truck that holds 24 gallons of fuel upon inspection of the receipt I noticed they charged me for 28 gallons of fuel when confronted they would only refund me three dollars. I called local police and they will be looking into this. stay far far away from this business if you want quality service, very very unprofessional STAY AWAY. I used this business for gas once a week to fill up I will no longer be back"

"The guy was nice but they don't show card prices or any notice but charge you extra in violation of credit card agreement."
