"I wish I could select 10 stars out of 5 for this place. It’s a little hard to believe that an auto body spot can have such a high rating right? Think again. Vitaly & Rob know what they’re doing. I didn’t catch the ladies names at the front desk but even they have the most positive attitude one can expect from a working professional. The communication was 10/10 throughout the whole process. My rear passenger side window was broken and I did not know where to go but Rob & Vitaly reassured me that the process would be smooth. I paid out of pocket, no insurance and it did not break the bank. I had a front lip installed as well and though they stated they don’t typically do that kind of work they exceeded my expectations. Don’t look anywhere else. $400 to take apart a door & installing a front lip all in less than 48 hours? Look no further than this place."

Rob assessed my cars damage and laid out all my options for me, while Marvin worked his magic on some side panel scratches on my car. They've exceeded my expectations and just went above and beyond when it came to their services. Top 5 words: Caring, Understanding, Supportive, Professional and Attentive. Literally from the beginning of my experience to the very end; it was clear and so smooth. I live in the city of Boston in not such a great neighborhood and unfortunately my car was hit with bullets due to the community violence in the city. This car, to me, is very sentimental because my parents had purchased and given this car to me. I absolutely LOVE MY CAR and World Auto body knew this. I was so upset and nervous about the outcome of my vehicle. They didn't make no promises but they told me they would work hard and do the best that they could to save my car; and sure enough that's exactly what happened! They worked with my insurance and they made a miracle happen for me and I am eternally grateful to them. Lily, the office manager, is phenomenal as she deserves so much! As the face of the company and brand when you walk in, she is so kind and understanding. She listens and tries her best to help all the clients who come through the door by making you feel comfortable. It's never easy having you or your car go through any ordeal but this is a place you can come to and know everything will be ok. Lily is very informative, professional and she communicates with you every step of the way with your car letting you know any updates. I swear she is an angel! Today when I picked up my car I met another great employee named Robert. Another individual who deserves such great praise as he walked me around my car and let me know all of the work that had been done. My Honda came back to me as if it was just purchased off the lot at the dealership. In addition to fixing all of the repairs, they also detailed, washed, vacuumed, dried and polished my car. It was so beautiful and shiny, almost hadn't recognized it when I received it back. They even had it warming up for me which was awesome. I appreciated his comments and overall feelings of what the car meant to me as well as the integrity of the business and what they stood for. It made me realized from Lily, to my insurance company, down to the workers in the shop and even detailing...World Auto Body knew my story and they sincerely wanted to help and support me in every way by giving me my car back. As a confirmation for anyone who needs a place to bring their car after an accident or like myself an accident to no fault of your own, please come here! They do everything: Auto body repair, mechanical work, detailing services, computer diagnostic, collision repair and more. You will not regret it!
