"I went here to get my necklace repaired as they have a sign out front saying jewelry repair. This was the absolute worst experience ever. Stay far away if your looking to get your jewelry repaired! I was quoted two different prices, told it would take 1 week it took 3…no one bothered to call me. I consistently had to ask for updates, every-time I went in asking for my necklace no one seemed to know where it was. Overall just a very poor experience for something that was a simple fix. I’d stay away for jewelry repairs."
