You don't feel like you're talking to a used car dealer, you feel like your talking to a friend. Even showed my kids his shop while I went for a test drive. Wouldn't even let me buy it till he went through it and fixed a small issues that I probably would've never even noticed. "Michael was very open and honest in my ' 04 Jeep Wrangler purchase. He took my '01 Jeep with rotted frame as trade-in for parts. On my request and at no added cost, he transferred a few parts from my trade-in, added new side steps to the "04 and even replaced the rear shocks and rebalanced the tires based on my mechanic's evaluation. After owning the Jeep for nearly 5 months,one of the rear shocks developed a problem. Michael replaced them both at no charge…a very honorable thing to do.
