"I typically have not had a bad experience here. When i went on 6/4/23 this happened. we've been using this dunks for 4 years. I brought a group of special needs adults into one of their fav spots for coffee. We walked into the dunks on south st and a female staff screamed across the counter as we entered the doors "the lobby is closed get out now I am not kidding" and her face was very unpleasant and my guys were shocked from how loud she was and I looked right at her and I said that is absolutely not acceptable and how you treat humans to which she responded “I don't care leave" And one of my individuals started to cry cuz a stranger at the coffee shop yelled at her. I brought 4 individuals and we immediately turned around and left. 4 people with rights got yelled at over coffee. The doors were unlocked, there was no delay of service signs and customers were being served and cashed out at the register and drive through when this happened. The whole building was quiet as we left and the employee was muttering something we could not hear. I understand a bad day, but the behavior is less than acceptable and that human should have known better. I have parents that heard about this from their loved ones and reached out to corporate and heard nothing. I have written 4 emails with no response. They deserved better. They go out to enjoy coffee. Whatever the issue, we hope it resolves."

"I don’t usually rate a place unless it’s over the top good or bad. However, with so many reviews dunking on this Dunkin I thought I’d say it’s a fine Dunkin. It’s well staffed, took all of 20 seconds to get my hot black, and maybe 2 mins to get my sandwich. The food and coffee were up to Dunkin standards. The place was clean. No complaints."
