Customer facing employees, whether working in a garage or 5 star restaurant need to know what’s appropriate and not. Listening to the constant complaining and wise remarks made this experience poor. Deivi may be better suited in a non customer facing position."

They did not change crush washer on my oil drain and also over tightened. 100 dollars for an oil change 33 if you go to Walmart yourself and get oil filter and crush washer can buy 30 for about 6.00 dollars. Make you oil gasket on new filter and change crush washer every time that includes transition and differential. The crush washer clears the seal plus 80 foot lbs hand tighten do not use eleti k or air tools to loosen or tighten use breaker bar ratched"
