"I am extremely disappointed with this car service. The pick up to bring us to the airport went smoothly. Car was nice although the driver barely said hello to us and didn’t ask us if we were comfortable or if we liked the temperature of the car. However, we did make it to the airport on time. On the way back home, Our flight got delayed two times, which I texted Magic Wheels and he did respond and he did know our new arrival time. We flew all night long to get to the airport with no driver waiting for us. I called Magic Wheels and he did pick up the phone and told me a driver would be coming, I was shocked when a regular Uber showed up in a crusty car without air-conditioning. An Uber costs approximately 80$ from Logan Airport, we had paid over 150 for our airport ride through Magic wheels plus gratuity upfront. I called the owner from the Uber to express my dissatisfaction and requested my money back minus the Uber cost. I told him how disappointed I was that he was not upfront with the fact that he was simply calling me an Uber, which I could have done myself. He made it seem on the phone that his driver was coming to get me. Deceitful! He said he would give me a refund and it’s been over a week and I am still waiting. Beware!!!"

In the years we have had driver service with Ali his team of drivers are pleasant and courteous, cars are always super clean and we just want to thank you for the years of service you have given us.
