"We are happy with the gas stove insert and the initial service but after a few attempts to address ongoing leaks into the insert, they've stopped responding to my calls. As I sit here today I have water leaking out the insert box out onto the hearth - again... **UPDATE** After posting this they did get back to me and worked hard to remedy the leaking. We are now 95% there and I appreciated them following up."

"Very happy with Jim, Len, Mike and Ryan!! Due to COVID and backorder issues it took over 12 weeks to get our propane stove. It is not the stores fault it’s manufacturing backorder issues, Jim always called my wife right back when she had questions about status.. when having it installed my father in law raved about how professional they were laying blankets down and vacuumed when finished. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends!! Have patience it’s worth the wait! My dog Petey loves it too!!"
