"On 8/12/2023 around 1pm a friend and I stopped into this Starbucks. This woman came out of the bathroom with a young Shih Tzu puppy, maybe a 5lb. She had this dog on a retractable leash that she let run all over the place, getting underfoot and excited to the point the dog peed on the floor. It wasn’t until I mentioned that her dog peed on the floor did she go and get napkins, throw them on top of the pee, swished it around with her foot and sweep them to the side, left them there and left the store. What did the staff do? NOTHING … they said NOTHING As I was getting ready to leave a young man came to clean this mess this ignorant Lady left behind. I turned to him and said .. THIS IS NOT ALRIGHT .. he indicated he was going to say some to his supervisor … I am not sure if he did. What is worse, the staff behind the counter played dumb .. “Oh I did not know she left that behind.” I am a dog owner and it is my understanding that only service dogs are allowed inside eating establishment. I reported this incident to Starbucks and hope they do something about this because next time I will just go to the board of health .. because dogs just peeing on the floor inside eating establishment is JUST NOT OKAY."

"Meghan and her team at this Starbucks are top notch. It’s always busy and they handle it with grace. Messed up orders are always remade with a smile. Everyone is always in a good mood and accommodating, which is tough for a busy store. Love it here!"

"I've always liked this Starbucks. I think it's because it doesn't feel like a typical Starbucks; it's not as big/open or modern feeling and the seating is limited. It makes me think this is the type of experience the company was originally trying to capture before if became the Dunkin alternative. Whatever it is, I love this Starbucks - can't wait to go next time I'm in town."
