"The auto body sobre here is the best. I've been a customer since 1999 and have no qualms recommending not just the quality but the guarantee which goes along. I've sent many ppl and not one has complained. My brother has a newer Escalade and brings it there...I have an Infininity Qx80 and nobody will touch it... I've also had other high end cars and only George will do our body work when needed."
"Great service and help with technicalities. George and his team are very pleasant and helpful to work with. Thank you guys!"
"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE Took my car to them for an insurance repair job and they put the least amount of effort and found the cheapest parts possible to replace what was on the car. Had a set of halo projector headlights that had custom wiring harness installed to run the lights and only would work with that style of light. The lights should have been replaced with the same housings instead they decided to cut my wiring harnesses out and install $50 eBay headlight housings instead and tried to convince me they’re the same. They where just black housing eBay lights nothing even close to my housings with running lights and halo projectors. My halo projectors used a different bulb then factory and the trash headlight housings they I stalked by instead of at-least sourcing the right bulbs for the housings used some clear silicone to glue them into the socket. They where paid to replace my front bumper but repaired it leaving me with a wavy front bumper and a car looking pretty bad if you ask me. There paint blending skills I would call sub par as well as I can clearly see where the new paint stops and old paint starts. They where instructed to look over the car and repair all damage from accident. Didn’t look at anything in the undercarriage and find any of the damage that I ended up having to fix and pay to repair after getting my car back from this shop they also refused any issues in the undercarriage existed. Needed new upper and lower control arms and tie rods on both sides. They did the minimum possible and charged the most they could for everything and didn’t fully receive what they where paid to do, and as mentioned they failed there duties to identify any other non cosmetic damage and repair it as well. When my gf went to pick up her car they where very rude and she Instantly could tell her car had the wrong lights and asked why and they got angry with her and made her leave, and this is when she found out her car was no longer driving the same as before the accident and the undercarriage damage was discovered as they never cared to check. When I tried to discuss my complaints with then they got loud and angry and refused to fix the work they did or refund for the work done wrong."
"*Keep in mind my visit was a few years ago* I had been here twice for the same vehicle, once for a passenger side fender accident, the other a year or so later I was rear ended. The first visit was decent, they replaced the fender and repainted the whole front end, the paint was extremely well done, including the new passenger side headlight that was installed, the insurance claim requested the drivers side headlight to be replaced as well, but it was not done, so I had one new headlight and a very old looking headlight, they could have at least polished it, but either way it was good work. My second visit was just ok. They replaced the rear bumper and did some work underneath it since there was more damage. Everything looked well, but the paint job could have been better. The left side of the bumper had a few dried up paint drips, it wasn't too noticable and this was on my old Accord so it wasn't something I brought up. Overall I will not be returning to George's auto body for my current vehicles. Their work is decent, but I would expect the same level of quality across the board for all customers/vehicles."
"This place is great. Very honest, reasonable, and punctual. Tyrone was very helpful and so was George. I'm always afraid of getting my car fixed but after doing some research and visiting other shops, George's seemed like the best choice. I'm happy I went there. They did a great job on my car!"
