"I was quoted a decent price for my son's prom. I requested a pick up to and from the prom! I requested a luxury sedan Mercedes. The Saturday before the prom I was called saying the Mercedes was unavailable and I had to get a Cadillac but would still try to get the Mercedes. I called back on Monday to see if they were able to get the Mercedes and was told by the as a matter of factly rude associate that I was getting a Cadillac. Our driver Alan arrived a half hour early and was super, extremely kind and professional! He waited while we took pictures and told me he would only drop the children off to the prom. I was so confused! He said he will call dispatch to have another car to pick them up. A while later the rude associate called me and said he doesn't know why the driver told me that! After explaining that I had requested a round trip he said my contract did not have that request. They had the wrong email address because the associate that took my request weeks before did not work for the company. They just took the phone calls. The rude associate said I should call another limo company in Bridgewater to pick them up or better yet pick them up myself! I was so upset requesting a better resolution and some assistance! After informing him of his unprofessionalism, rudeness, threats of a bad review and never using their company again I hung up! The associate called me back 5 minutes later saying the driver Alan volunteered to stay and wait for the children to bring them home! He then says let's move past everything that he said because he just didn't know what to say at the time! I would not recommend Carey Limo Service!Alan the driver was the true hero through this situation! I hope he finds a better company to work for to match his amazing work ethic and personality!"
