"2022- We tried this one again 9 months later because all the other 4 Dunkin's in the area had long drive thru lines, there was no cars or line at this drive thru, well it's because they still are bad at customer service and no one wants to go here. Messed up the refresher. Gave us one bagel when we ordered two, noticed when they handed us the bag so we said something. When we got home, they gave us no cream cheese when we ordered two plain. 2021-Everytime we've come here it's always a mess up on the coffee order, sandwiches are not made right, and the service is horrible. We don't go in anymore because you'll end up waiting forever for one of the 6 employees working behind the counter to come over, and when someone finally responded to you being their, they aren't nice, then your order takes forever and it ends up being wrong. And when the first voice you hear in the drive thru isn't pleasant , makes you wonder how good your order is going to come out. Well 100% of the time what you paid for will end up looking or tasting like how the employee acts. Today the drive thru man was rude, and our sandwiches made by a younger guy came out with two tops in one bag and two bottoms in the other bag. I've worked at this location and a few others as a manager before and I know how the stores operate. Plus we were the only customers (drive thru & in-store) to be at this location at the moment. How do you mess up putting two sandwiches together. We don't order coffee from this location anymore. And looks like we can't order sandwiches or bagels anymore too. Good thing there are Dunkin's every mile down the road in any direction, but I'd rather drive miles in another town to buy food cuz 3A Dunks just have fallen off. This one was just the closest to us."
