"Out of the multiple times I've arrived I don't know neither of the mechanics names. THEY ARE RIP OFFS! 80 bills for a pair of LED light bulbs and 120 to put them on. Mind you it was not busy when I went but some how they still charged me for two hours of work when I literally watched them sit and stare at the car. Guy at the front desk definitely doesn't want to be there, dude is sassy with an attitude lol. The Asian guy that worked on my car DOESN'T listen to the customer and instead does what he feels like doing. I would avoid this place because these guys are STARVING! Oh wait! I went over a bump and my headlight went out. So why are they charging 120 for labor????"

"These people are rip offs. I went to buy some rims for my car. I gave them 1,000 cash and I canceled the order bcuz the car was too old for those rims. When I went to get my refund they gave me $675.00 out of a 1,000 cash. And to top it off he gave me a check. JT motors is a rip off."
