"It’s always clean at this location whenever I grab my usual small iced, 4 pumps of caramel, 1 cream. They always make my coffee the right way and the staff is warm and friendly. This company in general does fair trade beans. If I could work at this company I definitely would again!"

"I ordered a coffee with caramel and cream and didn’t get any caramel, my donut was stale even though it was early in the morning and it should’ve been fresh. I also got a sandwich and the cheese wasn’t melted but the bread was burned. I then went in again and it seemed like they used the same bread just with the melted cheese. The staff sucks and the women taking my order didn’t even speak English."

"Poor customer service, I waited in drive through for 15 min waiting on my coffee that I could see through the window. Cashier and entire team was laughing and having conversation that must have been more important than serving their customers. I’m big on customer service and if I’m not why you’re working then why are you here"

"Terrible Service!!! Still in line with same 4 people ahead for nearly 14 minutes. Drive thru closed, due to lack of service. 1 counter open with 4 employees because 1 cash register out of service. Sandwiches take 3 times longer. Scratching heads, laughing with each other, getting friend drink ahead of rest. Music BLASTING, COULDN'T HEAR YOURSELF TALK, THINK. ESCRUTIATING HEADACHE. LIKE IN A YOUNG DISCO!!!"

Also I ordered my drink on the app, it took 40 min just to get my order from the Drive Thru! How difficult is it to pour a cup of coffee in a cup! Stay from away from this DD! You have been warned!!!"
