"Everything about this location is inconsistent. Almost every time I go, my drink needs to be remade. Their store hours are absolutely ridiculous and at this point, the location might as well cease to exist. There’s no way the staff is happy because they aren’t getting hours due to this location closing at 1pm daily which explains the inconsistent customer service. Corporate really needs to pay some attention to this location and provide the team with the support they’re obviously lacking. This location, has the potential to be successful it just needs the right leadership and a thoroughly trained team. Inner city locations deserve the same attention as the suburban locations Starbucks!!"

"This has got to be the most slowest Starbucks ever! Even when you order ahead you have to prepare to wait an extra 15 mins. Most times you don’t even know your order is ready because they don’t announce it. When it first opened I was excited to support what seems like a black owned location but the customer service will be the downfall of this location. The lack of customer service skills oozes from most employees there when there’s so many jobs out here to find the one that best fits your personality! Let me add when it’s peak hours the prepping area is unkept and dirty And they never have hazelnut syrup!!!!"

"With East Milton closed, I wandered over to this place. Great service and great location. Didn't try the drive thru, because I'm the walk in type. May be my knew go to place. 11 23 23. It's Thanksgiving, and I ran over to Starbucks at 5:30am. The place was open, and the crew was ready to go. They are always in a pleasant mood."
