Greystone Cafe, Bakery, and Provisions

"At 8 AM, Greystone Cafe was already bustling in spite of the cold weather. There isn't much seating, but there is a side window dedicated to to-go orders, so I suspect many people grab-and-go rather than dine in. I got the seasonal scone, which was sweet potato and candied ginger flavored, and a London fog. Both were delicious, and I would get them again. It's so hard to find a good scone, but this one was dense, moist, and buttery. The sweet potato and candied ginger were unique and harmonious. The London fog was smooth and creamy and warmed me right up. Note: There is a hidden 3% kitchen appreciation fee."

"Their croissants are the best, unlike anything I’ve ever had before. So crispy on the outside and buttery soft on the inside. Their BLT sandwich is very flavorful and filling. Coffee is okay. There’s nothing special about the coffee because every time I go back it’s inconsistent. However, I recommend trying the house vanilla latte."

"SO yummy!!!!!! We got The Veg and The BLT and their Arnold Palmer is FRESH! Not only were the sandwiches fresh and tasty but the restaurant itself is so cute!! Perfect for a date or to get some work done! Honestly feels like that cute movie coffee shop but real!! We will be back here all the time!!"

"Greystone is a great spot tucked away in the south end. Walk up window outside and space to sit inside and outside on the patio. I think it can be tough to find coffee spots with unique character and culture in Boston, but Greystone for sure has it. Coffee and pastries are great with rotating seasonal options."

"my wife and i have been here a few times now... we like the decor, layout and ambience... the products are great... but indoor sitting is limited, so it would be nice if the store enforced their signage... in one of my photos you"ll see two women using laptops and consuming most of the available space in an area clearly identified by a sign as "no laptop please"... we were there over an hour and no employee asked them to move... might as well remove the sign"
