"Aren't really open for 4th of July when me and my best friend that had a 2020 Crystal black Honda HR-V towed from 95 West squantum north Quincy. We were able to fix the problem and because there was a garage and we called and spoke to somebody afterwards they sent somebody and picked up my best friend to go and retrieve and recover his car that was 5 minutes down the road walking distance or driving. Problem solved after pulling teeth."

"Worst place ever. They towed the car that's fine. I was ready to pay for the towing expenses. When I called them the day itself, asked about the charges and about picking up the car, they stated that some guy will call me back but never called. Next day I called again, they said they are busy and they will call me later but I never got any call. They purposefully wasted two days so that they can get money out of me for the storage, be aware of this SCAM!! I went to the store, confronted the owner, he was mean, rude and pathetic. I insist a "pathetic human being". Cheap tactics to take money. I told that I called multiple times, even showed the call logs. The owner kept saying "I don't know" and "if you need the car you need to pay 2 days of storage" which was $70-80."
