"My husband and I will never do business with this place again.he told us 3 weeks ago he could do some welding on our truck and gave us an approximate price.after calling and never getting a call back and being given excuse after excuse we finally decided Ryan had no intention of doing the work so needless to say after almost 3 weeks of him having our truck we went and picked it up. "Just purchased an Avalanche from Ryan and was very happy with the price I got. It took a little back and forth but in the end he worked with me and was very pleasant throughout the experience. The only issue I have with the truck is that the tailgate doesn't seem to want to release which seems to be a fairly common issue and Ryan even offered to take a look. The truck was as is and he is still offering to go the extra mile for a customer, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on a good truck"

"We purchased my daughter's first car here. The car came inspected, however it started having issues before we left the lot, to the point we weren't able to take it home. However, Ryan and Jen did stand by the vehicle and fixed the issues so she had a good running first vehicle. My only suggestion would be that they should be going through vehicles before they put them out for sale, instead of letting people purchase them, and dealing with the issues after. It would make for a much better buying experience for both the buyer and seller. Also, it took them quite a while to fix the issues with her car, which was disappointing for a 16 year old, as it would be for anyone. I think Ryan has good intentions to sell people dependable vehicles, they just maybe need a better system in place to make sure things go smoother. Overall, I think there are MUCH worse used car shops in the area, and if I had to look for another vehicle, I would definitely give them another chance."
