"this place sucks. i asked for a caramel macchiato, and received a regular macchiato with no flavoring. i also ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese on it. they even asked if i wanted cream cheese on the bagel, to which i said yes. it did not come with cream cheese on it. my friend ordered a glazed donut and it was literally like bread with sugar sprinkled on top. she said it was “disgusting”."

"I have only been in Massachusetts for 2 years now and this dunkin was my go to location but I don't know if it the constant new hires or the just the lack of effort but iced coffee always tastes burnt. The frozen coffee, it looks like it has been sitting for hours to the point soilds and liquid is separating. Food is good for the most part it's just the coffee that keeps me from coming back to this location."

"Fast and the restaurant was clean and very nice inside. Nice Dunkin to go in the morning to sit and have a donut with your coffee. Coffees came out perfect didn't forget the drizzle."

"People were very nice and it was very clean. The inside closes at 10pm but they're open 24 hours. I was happily surprised to find muchkins in the evening that looked fresh too! Unfortunately, they filled my order wrong & gave me the wrong kind. The worst part was I hadn't looked in the box until Taunton. All the customers seemed extremely pleasant and helpful. Bathroom was clean, stocked with toilet paper and unlocked which surprises me. I'm only in Fall River once a month, so I might visit again and hopefully get the correct order next time or there's no point in going back here for me!"
