"Ordered dinner for pickup. Was given the wrong order or missing items twice. Hair in the food when they finally gave us the full complete order. Donna was incredibly rude and dismissive when I tried to speak with her. Two and a half hours wasted from initial ordering, driving back and forth, to receiving an accurate, completed order with hair in it that we ultimately threw out. Mistakes happen, but it's the treatment I received from your staff that is ensuring I won't be back here again."

"I’ll preface by saying that I have never left a bad review, and this review does not reflect on my awesome server from tonight. As I work right down from the road from this location, I was so excited to get the BBQ Nachos after a long day at work, since I loved them when I got them a year or so ago. I was greeted by a super professional and responsive bartender, promptly got my drink and took my order. The nachos were brought out shockingly quickly, and upon having a couple, it dawned on me that not only were the chips stale, but the cheese was bordering on cold, hard, and unmelted. There was virtually no chicken to speak of, and the toppings realistically occupied less than a quarter of the pile of plain chips underneath. I feel very anxious about making complaints and sending food back. I am in the business of customer service and understand how unreasonable people can be. So in an effort to be easy to work with, I paid for the nachos, paid my bill, wished my server a nice night, and left. My hope is that I caught you guys on a rough night, and I would be thrilled to change my review if something could be done about this, as I’d love to give you guys another shot. What I will say is that I left my dish mostly unfinished, as I couldn’t stomach it. Again, I am the last person to complain or send anything back, but I figured you guys would like to know about this, and hopefully help out/reciprocate in some fashion. I thank you guys in advance, and look forward to an opportunity to edit this in a positive light."

"Our waiter Jon was very nice and knowledgeable. Loved that everything is made from scratch on the premises. The place is very nice and you can watch the chefs orepare your food. A little pricey with drinks, but we loved everything! Will definitely go back again in hopes of having Jon as our waiter again, he made our first time most enjoyable!"

"We frequently enjoy our food at 110 Grill. This was just not up to standards. Do you believe that they would serve raw and rotten green on a $28 plate? Well they did! How about a burnt flatbread bbq chicken? Yes. They did! I expressed our thoughts with the waitress, all we got was :-I’m sorry to hear that” seriously Very disappointed."

"Pleasant Dining experience....Hostess was very accommodating on making sure we had a table (no reservations). Waitress was really nice and made sure we were well taken care of. Tried the 110 Cucumber and Avocado Tuna..... It was delicious. Decided to get dessert....Lemon Beignets w/ a side of mixed berry puree and sea salt caramel sauce, Also, very good!! Definitely will be returning again."
