"I’d give zero stars if I could. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese along with some other food and when I checked the bag I realized there was no cream cheese. I went back less than 5 minutes later and ordered another bagel and explained to the lady I didn’t get a cream cheese for my other bagel and asked if it was possible if I can get a cream cheese for it. The manger yelled at us and the people working in there. Over cream cheese…. It’s really embarrassing and sad to know a manger would yell at her employees over a mistake anyone can make. She basically called us a liar and told us to give our bag of food back so she could check herself. We happily did so even though I think that isn’t allowed and still argued over not giving us a cream cheese. I wouldn’t recommend going there if that manager is there and one of their employees makes a simple common mistake. I hope Management really looks into that manager because it’s seriously concerning that she can’t get a grip over her own emotions due to a mistake an employee made."

"I just left that is a Dunkin Donuts customer service is really bad I was cursed off because I told him that my coffee was too dark and the guy said a bad word to me so I defended myself and I was not going to stay there to wait for my food because I know that we're going to spit on it this is the worst Dunkin' donuts ever this is how you treat your customers"

"Ordered ahead to speed things and up and there was only one person in line and at the drive thru. The person working was yelling with them when I pulled up. After about 5 minutes of yelling back and forth that customer finally left and I was handed a coffee and told to have a good day. When I said I'd ordered food they asked what I got and slammed the window closed. There was no white cheddar on my sandwich and the bread wasn't toasted at all. It basically had the consistency of a wet fish. I'll never go to this dunkins again and will definitely be telling my friends about this experience."
