"I brought my car in without an appointment because of messages saying my engine was overheating. BMW of Boston took care of that problem and other service needs in a timely fashion with excellent communication from Higor, the service advisor. I was also provided a much appreciated drop off and pick up to and from my home. The only less than excellent service was the car wash that is promised when service is completed. As is usually the case when my car goes in for scheduled service, the washing wasn’t done even though they knew at what time I would be picking up my car."

"Have used the Boston location for many years as it is convenient to home and work for me. 5 stars. Service has always been good though during the pandemic, they (and many other businesses) had supply chain issues which delayed some items from one day service to 2+ days. They were always straightforward in mentioning this upfront and offered loaner cars or other services to help in case it was needed. This was always appreciated. A few times, when there were multiple issues to be addressed, they have helped to prioritize what is urgent versus what can be done later - very helpful for managing repair bill size."
