"Very unprofessional, no customer service skills, made me extremely sick. I asked for almond milk as I have a dairy allergy. As I walked away, i heard her tell her coworker ask if she used almond milk in my order and thought i heard her say she hadn’t used almond milk but told myself I heard incorrectly. Well not even 20 minutes later extremely sick. I get it they are in high school and don’t care but like maybe they should since they aren’t volunteering, it’s paid work. Wish I could give zero stars."
"The younger guy with the cury hair and old lady with the old school pixie cut was disgustingly rude need to be retrained on customer service. Asked for light ice get my cup half full and they told me I have to pay extra to get the cup filled I asked for light ice not my cup half empty I ask for my receipt they tell me it’s in the trash I ask for more caramel drizzle on my drink like I did when I ordered and they refused to add more and told me they did put it when clearly they didnt sos to this store Starbucks is expensive enough to not being dealing with incompetent workers like this. Please refrain and talk to the workers about their attitudes especially when I was nice about the situation."
