"Service was slow but they were short staffed. When asked about rewards to redeem free salsa and chips the waitress said you had to come every 30 days. She didn’t comp the salsa and chips which were all crumbs for chips. Food was good but no draft beers on tap as it was broken. Margaritas were very sour tasting. Overall I have had better experiences at Chili’s."

"I typically would not write a review about Chili's because they are a chain and everyone knows. However, this Chilis is ALWAYS so fun and the staff is wonderful. Really happy its just down the road!"

"A friend and I come here about once a week to eat dinner. They have a Three for Me special, which includes a beverage, and appetizer, and an entree, all for $10.99. That is a bargain that you cannot beat these days. The staff is always knowledgeable about the menu, they are friendly and efficient, and you are seated quickly on most week nights, but it can be await on weekend nights. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot, the restrooms are always clean, and the only criticism I have is that the aisles are a little narrow, so if you have a wheelchair or a walker for a disabled family member, it is hard for them to navigate through that area. Otherwise, a great dining experience, a very creative menu, and good bargains."

"Second time I've been there. I ordered a bacon mushroom cheeseburger. First time it was burnt to a crisp, I asked for a medium well. Second time my burger was pink inside, I don't like my meat close to red, or dripping pink juice. The place was empty and yet they seated us next to and in front of 2 families with small yelling, crying children. When I go out to eat I don't want to pay to have to listen to children with no manners. They could have placed us anywhere in the whole place., yet seated us next to squalling children. I'll never go back."
