I want all employees for Dunks to remember how Dunkin Donuts first started and how much pride they had back then to create those delicious donuts that no other Donut company could match back then or now. "Saturday the 15 went in order a ice coffee. 3 Carmel 3 milks as always I saw the girl making it all she did was puthe mettle spoon in moving the ice around . When the girl put coffee on the counter I took the cover off and proseated to really stir my coffee from the bottom to mix everything the girl saw me and said to me what are u doing I said mixing up the coffee ; the girl said I did it already. I said no u did not... The Girl / teenager was not to happy with me ... I .said a few things to her like all you care about is a pay check.... While I was still at the counter she goes and tells another DD employee what happened ... Right in front of me.... I said it to her you are just here for a check you are not good customer service ....That is the last time I going to this DD .... I been going there for 3 years .... Lost a customer....."

"They get an extra star because MOST of the employees are friendly. The coffee here is TRASH. so are the sandwiches. They mess up orders on the regular. Don't get the cold brew. It tastes like cold brewed ashtrays. Not sure how they get away with having a 5 foot long drivethrough either, I've seen so many near accidents caused by the drivethrough line blocking off route 44."

"went in to grab my on the go order and only the drink was there. I start around waiting for a couple of minutes but all of the workers ignored me until finally I spoke up asking where my food was and then someone proceeded to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered so I had to get a substitute. There was another woman they’re picking up a doordash order and she had the same issue she stood there waiting until she finally got somebody’s attention and asked where the order was. they give her a bit of an attitude when she was asking why everybody ignored her and what was she supposed to do because they didn’t have the food the customer ordered. overall the customer service was a solid one out of 10 and the fact that both of us had missing items from our orders was not very good on the managers part or whoever ordered food for today"
